Buttface is the flagship brand in our beer lineup. The color and malty richness come from the combination of four different imported malts and three varieties of American hops. Toasty and caramel notes with a touch of chocolate in the background.

A true German-style Hefeweizen made with malted wheat, Munich malt and 2-row barley. The yeast is a southern German-style strain producing a flavor profile that includes clove and banana notes. The beer is unfiltered and thus a bit hazy. The hop additions are all Nobel Halertauer hops that lend a slight spiciness to this delightful beer. For something different try a Hefe with a shot of Chambord for that traditional raspberry wheat.

This beer is categorized as a Golden Lager. It is designed to appeal to the novice as well as the expert beer drinker. The addition of Willamette and Cascade hops to the combination of Pale and Munch malts gives this ale a crisp and slightly tangy flavor with just a hint of floral hop character.

The hoppiest of all our beers. This beer is actually an American spin on the India Pale Ale style. The grist composition is dominated with Pale Ale Malt with the balance of the grain bill coming from Crystal malts. The Hop character comes from the addition of Simcoe and Amarillo hop varieties. These hard to come by hops lend a complex citrus aroma with wisps of evergreen and spice.

This is the silver medal winner in the Brown Porter division of the 1996 Great American Beer Festival. The mash temperature is higher to produce body and fuller mouth feel. The grist bill consists of a 2-row barley base, with the addition of chocolate and crystal malts. These malts give this beer a smooth, round character with chocolate undertones.
