Seasonal Beers

In keeping with beer making traditions, our award winning Brewmasters create beers that celebrate seasonal changes. Many of these beers have been awarded medals at the Great American Beer Festival. Ask your server for today's fresh seasonal. You may be drinking the next Gold Medal Winner! We proudly present these fine Craft Beers from our Gold Medal Winning Breweries. Freshly brewed on premise and served ice cold in Pints, Mugs or Giant Goblets.

Duncan's Export (5.0 % A.B.V)

Duncan's Export is a medium bodied Scottish-Style Export Ale. Marris Otter, Crystal, and Cara malts were used to give this ale deep brown color and a toasty sweet malt character with just a touch of roast. Very little hops were used in this malt dominant ale making it a very smooth and easy to drink session beer.

Maibock (7.5% A.B.V.)

This traditional German style lager is brewed in the Winter and aged for many weeks to give the beer a smooth mellow flavor. It is usually tapped around the month of May (Mai is the German word for May) to celebrate the arrival of Spring and warm sunny days. The Maibock is a malty, sweet, full-bodied beer with just enough hop character to balance out the malt

Humps Imperial Pilsner (8.2 % A.B.V)

Golden in color, this big malty Imperial Czech-style pilsner abounds in rich hop flavor and bitterness. Brewed using traditional ingredients, techniques, and an authentic Czech lager yeast; the only thing missing from this beer is an accordian.

Texas Smokey Porter (5.8% ABV)

We took our medal winning porter recipe and smoked it with a blend of two Texas native hardwoods, pecan and mesquite. The result is a classic smooth tasting porter with a genuine wood smoked flavor and aroma. Goes great with any backyard bbq.

Liquid Sunshine (5.5 % A.B.V)

Liquid Sunshine is a nice clean summertime wheat beer. Wheat, 2 row, and rye give this ale a medium body with light malt flavors. Cascade hops were used sparingly to impart a classic American hop flavor with minimal bitterness. Our house ale yeast lets the malts and hops shine through in this refreshing seasonal beer.

Kosmic Kolsch (4.5% A.B.V.)

This traditional ale originates from the region of Cologne, Germany. The combination of a special ale yeast and Nobel hops produces floral, fruity, and citrusy aromas and flavors in this light colored golden beer.

Honeypot Lager: (4.2% ABV)

A seasonal favorite. This reddish-brown lager is light bodied and refreshing with a smooth honey flavor. This beer is the perfect summer cooler for hot Texas days.

Dink's Light Lime (4.7% A.B.V.)

Dink's Light Lime is an American Light Lager enhanced with natural lime flavor to create a beer with a refreshing citrus twist.

  Raspberry Blonde (4.9% A.B.V.)

This is a fruity twist to our most popular beer; we use a natural raspberry extract to flavor the Blonde in a way that many of our guests enjoy.

McMurray's Irish Stout (3.8% A.B.V.)

Our stout is a Classic Irish-Style Dry Stout with a light caramel flavor profile and a distinctive dry-roasted bitterness in the finish. Enjoy this nitrogenated ale by itself or create a black and tan with the Buttface or Big Red.

'Big D' Dark Lager (4.2% A.B.V.)

'Big D' Dark Lager is a German-style dunkel (dark) lager rich in flavor from Munich and roasted malts. Imported hops from the Hallertau are used to balance out this surprisingly smooth and clean-finishing lager. Don't be afraid of the dark!
